<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 1, 2023 <br />City of San Leandro and T&S Intermodal Maintenance, Inc.—Exhibit A Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Inclusions: <br /> <br />1. Demolition/Clean <br />a. Remove all metal panels, z purlins, girts, and roof. <br />b. Remove and dispose of crane and attached I-Beam from facility. <br />c. Pressure wash all existing red iron steel (I beams). <br />d. Block and brace existing conduit, piping, etc. during demolition work. <br />2. Installation <br />a. New galvanized z purlins and girts throughout building. <br />b. New metal panels on 3ea sides of building. <br />c. New metal building skylight panels on roof- 4ea. <br />d. Add ridge vents on roof, in lieu of old ventilation. <br />e. Add gutter to front and back of building. <br />f. Place rust inhibitor in red iron I-Beams, and paint after rust inhibitor coat. <br />g. Add 2ea wall vents to back western wall of facility, approx. 2’x3’ each. <br />h. Replace electrical conduit, as needed and install 4ea new lights <br />Clarifications: <br /> <br />1. Metal building price is valid through June 29, 2023. Any increases in pricing shall <br />be compensated by a supplemental change order to compensate for the price <br />increase. <br />2. Keep existing red iron steel, concrete foundation, and tie rods. <br />3. Painting of the new metal building is excluded. All new metal shall be galvanized and/or <br />enamel coated from factory. <br />4. This proposal is based on performing all work in one move in for all operations, during <br />normal working hours 7am-4pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated above. We <br />would be happy to discuss alternatives for scheduling, if other requests are needed. <br />5. Owner to provide staging area directly adjacent for work. <br /> <br />6. Owner is responsible for having work areas clear of all material, equipment, <br />furniture, appliances, fixtures, etc. prior to mobilization and during work. <br />7. Bid subject to buildings and work areas being clear and accessible to personnel, material, <br />and equipment for the entire length of work. <br />8. Owner expressly acknowledges that Contractor is a licensed contractor authorized to perform <br />work provided in this Contract and that the Contractor is not an engineer or a design <br />consultant. Proposals made by Contractor with respect to work to be performed are made <br />solely for the consideration of Owner and Owner’s design engineer or design consultant, who <br />shall be solely responsible for determining whether any such work proposed by Contractor is, <br />or will be, adequate to satisfy the needs and or purposes of the Owner. Except as expressly <br />provided in this Contract, no warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to <br />any such proposal.
