April 17, 2023City Council Minutes <br />Students from San Leandro High accepted the proclamation. <br />This matter was Presented <br />3.e.23-154 Proclamation for National Library Week April 23 - 29, 2023 <br />Alejandra Magallon, Librarian from the San Leandro Main Library accepted the <br />proclamation. <br />This matter was Presented <br />3.f.23-155 Proclamation for National Victims’ Rights Week April 23-29, 2023 <br />Tabian Lee Victim Rights Advocate from Alameda County District Attorney's Office <br />accepted the proclamation. <br />This matter was Presented <br />REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN4. <br />No reports. <br />CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS5. <br />City Manager Robustelli reported that the City Manager's office would be participating <br />in a tree planting event and encouraged all to join the City in planting trees. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS6. <br />Comments were made by approximately 10 speakers. <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS7. <br />City Councilmembers announced their calendar of upcoming events and coordinated <br />attendance, reported on local events attended since the last meeting, and made brief <br />comments on issues of concern. <br />PRESENTATIONS8. <br />8.a.23-151 Presentation on Union Pacific Railroad Rail Track Maintenance <br />The item was presented and direction was given to Union Pacific Railroad. <br />Comments were made by approximately 3 speakers. <br />This matter was Presented <br />AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR9. <br />There was no amendment to the Consent Calendar. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR10. <br />Page 2City of San Leandro
