February 7, 2022City Council Minutes <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2022-032 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS11. <br />11.A.22-049 Staff Report for Resolution Approving the Issuance of California <br />Municipal Finance Authority Qualified 501(c)(3) Bonds in an Aggregate <br />Principal Amount Not to Exceed $70,000,000 for the Purpose of <br />Financing or Refinancing the Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Improvement <br />and Equipping of Metro 77 & 85 Apartments Located at 77-85 <br />Estabrook Street, San Leandro, CA (by a Nonprofit, Integrity Housing, for <br />Conversion to Primarily Affordable Rental Housing) <br />Mayor Cutter opened the public testimony portion of the public hearing. <br />Public Comment was received by Ginny Madsen and Juan Gonzalez. <br />The public testimony portion of the public hearing was closed. <br />Received and Filed. <br />22-050 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving the <br />Issuance of California Municipal Finance Authority Qualified 501(c)(3) <br />Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $70,000,000 for <br />the Purpose of Financing or Refinancing the Acquisition, Rehabilitation, <br />Improvement and Equipping of Metro 77 & 85 Apartments Located at <br />77-85 Estabrook Street, San Leandro, CA and Certain Other Matters <br />Relating Thereto (by a Nonprofit, Integrity Housing, for Conversion to <br />Primarily Affordable Rental Housing) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox, that this Resolution be Adopted. The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2022-033 <br />ACTION ITEMS12. <br />12.A.22-057 Staff Report for a City of San Leandro City Council Motion to Adopt the <br />Timeline, Criteria and Outreach Plan for City Council Redistricting <br />(reviews, discusses and adopts the criteria, timeline and community <br />outreach plan for the 2022 Council redistricting) <br />Public Comment was received by Jim Prola and Ginny Madsen. <br />Received and Filed. <br />22-058 MOTION: Motion Adopting the Criteria, Timeline and Community <br />Outreach Plan for the 2022 Council Redistricting as Outlined in the <br />Page 6City of San Leandro
