April 4, 2022City Council Minutes <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Ordinance 2022-006 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS11. <br />No public hearings were scheduled. <br />ACTION ITEMS12. <br />12.a.22-205 Resolution Approving the City Manager Salary Schedules effective for <br />January 1, 2022, January 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024 and a Budget <br />Appropriation in the amount of $3,150 for FY 2022 and $7,830 for FY <br />2023. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Councilmember <br />Ballew, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: 2022-053 <br />12.b.22-240 Resolution Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute An <br />Agreement With Flock Safety To Install Fixed Community Safety <br />Cameras that have Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR) In An <br />Amount Not To Exceed $250,000 <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: San Leandro Chamber of <br />Commerce Emily Griego, Mitch Huitema and Tim Holmes <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Ballew, seconded by Councilmember <br />Cox, that this Staff Report be Approved.
