November 21, 2022City Council Minutes Nay:Azevedo1 - Enactment No: Ord 2022-021 ACTION ITEMS13. 13.a.22-651 Adopt a Resolution to Approve the Crosstown Corridor Study along Bancroft Avenue and Williams Street Comments were made by the following individuals: Makayla, Chris, James McBryan, James Aguilar, Ed Caple, Sarah Bailey, Carolyn Atilo, Maureen and Darlene Evans, Dave Campbell, Kamala Parks, Bike East Bay Rober Prinz, Matt Turner, Lucas, Bruce Dughi, John Minot, Rob Rich, Vicki Woolworth, Emily Griego, Debbie Canning and Siobhan. A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Cox, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - Enactment No: 2022-201 13.b.22-601 Adopt a Resolution to Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Vice Genderless Widget Software (Q) in an amount not to exceed $135,125 Comments were made by the following individuals: Ed Caple, Lucas and Darlene Evans A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Aguilar, that this Staff Report be brought back on December 19, 2022. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - Enactment No: 2022-202 COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS14. By consensus, the City Council agreed to add the following items to their Council Priority Discussion. Citywide garbage pickup like the parks have, Vision EV Chargers in every park, recycled water throughout city. CM Simon made a motion that was seconded by CM Aguilar to bring back an urgency ordinance to rescind 1.3.110 of the City Charter to amend the function of the City Clerk. The motion passed 4-3 with Councilmembers Cox, Ballew and Cutter voting no. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS15.
