<br />-A motion was made by Councilmember Azevedo, seconded by Councilmember
<br />Simon, to conduct a study to reduce property crime and increase public safety with
<br />non-police alternatives, case studies, best practices etc.

<br />discussion related to flood protection of the Manor and bike path along the Estudillo
<br />canal.
