<br />5.A.21-350 Staff Report for City of San Leandro City Council Public Hearing and
<br />Adoption of the City Manager’s Proposed Budget for 2021-2022 and
<br />2022-2023 for the City of San Leandro, the Successor Agency to the
<br />former Redevelopment Agency for the City of San Leandro, and the San
<br />Leandro Public Financing Authority
<br />Mayor Cutter opened the public testimony portion of the public hearing.
<br />There were approximately 12 public speakers.
<br />Comments were made by the following individuals:
<br />Joel Baum, Pam Wool, John Minot, Celina Reynes, Jenna King, Emily Griego, Melissa
<br />Wong, Juan Gonzalez III, Morgan Mack-Rose, Mike Katz-Lacabe, and Addie Kitchen
<br />The public testimony portion of the public hearing was closed.
<br />Received and Filed.
<br />21-381 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Adopting the
<br />Biennial Budget of the City of San Leandro for Fiscal Years July 1, 2021
<br />to June 30, 2022 and July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023
<br />A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Cox, that
<br />this Resolution be Adopted. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
<br />Aye:Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 -
<br />Enactment No: Reso 2021-096
<br />21-382 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Adopting the
<br />Biennial Budget of the Public Financing Authority of the City of San
<br />Leandro for Fiscal Years July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 and July 1, 2022
<br />to June 30, 2023
<br />A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Cox, that
<br />this Resolution be Adopted. The motion carried by the following vote.
<br />Aye:Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 -
<br />Enactment No: Reso 2021-001 PFA
<br />21-383 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Adopting the
<br />Biennial Budget of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency
<br />of the City of San Leandro for Fiscal Years July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022
<br />and July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 and Making a Determination Pursuant
<br />to California Health and Safety Code Section 33334.3
<br />A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Cox, that
<br />this Resolution be Adopted. The motion carried by the following vote.
