July 6, 2021City Council Minutes <br />4.A.21-417 Multi-Family Development Standards Project Update <br />There were approximately 4 public speakers. <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: <br />Sarah Bailey, John Minot, Douglas Spalding, and Lawrence Abbott <br />Received and Filed. <br />4.B.21-424 New City Website - Project Update <br />There were approximately 3 public speakers. <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: <br />Douglas Spalding, Lawrence Abbott, and Ginny Madsen <br />Presented. <br />10.A.21-438 Staff Report for City of San Leandro City Council Urgency ORDINANCE <br />to Amend Both the Urgency Ordinance and Regular Ordinance Related <br />to Grocery Workers Hazard Pay so that they Terminate on July 29, 2021 <br />There were approximately 3 public speakers. <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: <br />Douglas Spalding, Emily Griego, and Lawrence Abbott <br />This matter was Received and Filed <br />21-439 Urgency Ordinance of the City of San Leandro City Council Amending <br />the Retail Food Worker Hazard Pay Ordinance and the Retail Food <br />Worker Hazard Pay Urgency Ordinance to Clarify the Duration of <br />Required Hazard Pay <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Ballew, seconded by Councilmember <br />Aguilar, that this Urgency Ordinance be Passed to Print and Adopted. The <br />motion CARRIED by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon6 - <br />Abstain:Cutter1 - <br />Enactment No: Ordinance 2021-008 <br />Page 3City of San Leandro
