Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Municipal Resource Group 07/18/2023 Exhibit B – Page 1 of 1 EXHIBIT B COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Project Scope of Work Coaching Rhiannon will schedule six virtual coaching sessions with each employee. We will also include two extra coaching sessions in case we determine that it is needed. Please see below for an outline of the coaching session structure. Total Cost = $16,500 Project Scope Hours Comments Six sessions for each Employee (3) • First session will be 90mins • Next 4 sessions will be 60mins • Final session will be 90mins 21 6 virtual coaching sessions total per employee, a total of 18 sessions Meeting preparation, follow-up minutes, document review, leadership updates, email and phone correspondence 28 Additional coaching sessions (if needed) 6 Teambuilding Rhiannon will design, plan and lead an in-person full-day (8 hours) Teambuilding event for the Finance Department. The day will include experiential teambuilding events for the team to connect, build trust and develop a common language and understanding through skill building. We will end the day with a strategy session on priorities for the next 12 months. Total Cost Fixed Fee = $12,450 Project Fees The professional consulting fee for the proposed services is estimated at $28,950. All coaching sessions will be conducted remotely. The teambuilding event will be conducted in-person. MRG will invoice on a monthly basis for hours incurred on the project scope for coaching at $300 per hour. The Teambuilding will be invoiced at the conclusion of the event as a fixed fee. If additional services are requested or additional time needed, those hours will be billed at $300 per hour after being approved by the City of San Leandro and MRG.
