This Agreement shall be administered by Liz Jimenez, Senior <br />Management Analyst ("Contract Administrator"). All correspondence shall be directed to or <br />through the Contract Administrator or his or her designee. <br /> <br />10.9 Notices. This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, C, and D represents the entire and integrated <br />agreement between City and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, <br />representations, or agreements, either written or oral. <br /> <br />Exhibit A Scope of Services & Compensation Schedule <br />Exhibit B COVID-19 Compliance Requirements <br />Exhibit C California Labor Code Section 1720 Information <br /> <br />10.11 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
