<br /> <br /> <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between July 1, 2023 <br />City of San Leandro and Steve’s Pool Service —Exhibit A Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Pool Locations: <br /> <br />Boys and Girls Club <br />2200 San Leandro Bl <br />Pool Open Year round <br /> <br />San Leandro Family Aquatic Center <br />14900 Zelma St <br />Pool will be under construction in Fall/Winter <br /> <br />Farrelly Pool <br />864 Dutton Ave <br />Pool Operation Extended due to SLFAC Closure <br /> <br />Services for all Pool Sites: <br /> <br />• Inspect pool and equipment for safety hazards, damage, or vandalism and report to Building <br />Supervisor <br />• Perform water chemistry tests and record results <br />• Record equipment readings including flow rate, influent and effluent pressure <br />• Calibrate controller and adjust chemical feeds, as needed. <br />• Verify proper operation of pool equipment <br />• Backwash filters, as needed <br />• Maintain proper pool water levels <br />• Maintain chemical levels and add chemicals, as needed <br />• Remove debris in pool by vacuuming, skimming or brushing <br />• Clean pool tile <br />• Clean pool deck, as necessary <br />• Clean and inspect skimmers and lint strainer <br />• Repair or replace missing or broken skimmer parts <br />• Check sand level in sand filters during pool closures <br />• Super-chlorinate pool, as needed <br />• Perform and document fecal incident procedures <br />• Respond to incidents of storm damage affecting pool <br />• Inspect and tighten underwater lights, drain covers, and equalizer line cover pre-season <br />• Maintain, repair, or replace chemical feed system, as necessary <br />• Re-prime main recirculation pump, as necessary <br />• Ensure that deck drains are secure <br />• Maintain pool and chemical supplies and order as needed <br />• Test pool heater once per month in the off-season <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 80220ACF-552E-4693-9CF2-E13A7D8125F0
