This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibits A, and B represents the entire and integrated agreement <br />between City and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or <br />agreements, either written or oral. <br /> <br />Exhibit A Scope of Services <br />Exhibit B Compensation Schedule <br /> <br />10.11 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.12 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010.
