In the FY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan, the City received HUD technical assistance to re-configure the identified goals to align with HUD guidance. The revisions were applied to the overall program goals, categories for the types of populations assisted, indicators for how that assistance is delivered, and units of measurement for goals. The City maintains an annual contract with ECHO Housing to provide services to affirmatively further fair housing. ECHO housing is a HUD certified housing counseling agency. Section CR-35 contains a matrix that reports on efforts identified in the City’s Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing of activities that address obstacles to access housing for all vulnerable to discrimination.
