Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and KDC Accounting & Consulting 09/12/2023 Page 12 of 14 At City’s sole discretion, Consultant may be required to file with the City a Form 700 to identify and document Consultant’s economic interests, as defined and regulated by the California Fair Political Practices Commission. If Consultant is required to file a Form 700, Consultant is hereby advised to contact the San Leandro City Clerk for the Form 700 and directions on how to prepare it. 10.8 Solicitation. Consultant agrees not to solicit business at any meeting, focus group, or interview related to this Agreement, either orally or through any written materials. 10.9 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by Micheal Yuen_ ("Contract Administrator"). All correspondence shall be directed to or through the Co ntract Administrator or his or her designee. 10.10 Notices. This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, C, and D represents the entire and integrated agreement between City and Consultant and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral.
