<br />-38- <br />15966623.1 <br />SCHEDULE C <br />DISTRIBUTION OF PLANNING <br />AND SPECIAL STUDIES COSTS <br /> <br />Distribution of Planning and Special Studies Costs for the Facilities will be in proportion of <br />Average Dry Weather Design Flows as set forth in the Final Supplement to the Project Report <br />dated August, 1976, and will be as follows: <br /> <br />San Leandro 13% <br />Oro Loma 18% <br />Castro Valley 6% <br />Hayward 30% <br />Union 33% <br /> <br />Planning and Special Studies Costs for other than Authority Facilities and at the request of and <br />solely benefiting one or more Agencies will be borne exclusively by the Agency or Agencies <br />requesting such studies, including an allocation of general administrative expenses to be agreed <br />upon by the Agency (or Agencies) and Authority when said service is requested. <br /> <br />Other Costs Charged to the Authority: The Authority incurs additional costs related to the <br />operation of the Facilities (e.g. NPDES fees, Regional Monitoring Program fees, watershed <br />permit fees). These costs will be allocated among the Agencies as set forth in Policies and <br />Procedures.
