<br /> <br /> 43 <br /> <br />15966623.1 <br />SCHEDULE F <br />MAXIMUM FLOW RATE CAPACITY <br /> <br />San Leandro 14.0 million gallons per day <br />Oro Loma/Castro Valley 30.0 million gallons per day* <br />Hayward 15.0 million gallons per day <br />Union 42.9 million gallons per day** <br /> <br />*For the purposes of individual Agency cost and vote allocations, 65% of this capacity is <br />allocated to Oro Loma and 35% is allocated to Castro Valley. <br /> <br />**Any effluent discharged to the Hayward Marsh by Union pursuant to the Hayward Marsh <br />MOU, will be subtracted from Union’s total flow when determining whether Union has exceeded <br />its Maximum Flow Rate Capacity. <br /> <br />In the event one or more Agencies adjusts its Maximum Flow Rate Capacity as set forth in <br />Section 11, this schedule will be adjusted to reflect the same. <br /> <br /> <br />For purposes of maintaining a historical record, prior capacities are noted below. This historical <br />record will be updated as the above table is updated. <br /> <br />Maximum Flow Rate Capacity for the Period February 15, 1974 – June 30, 2020: <br /> <br />San Leandro 22.3 million gallons per day <br />Oro Loma/Castro Valley 69.2 million gallons per day <br />Hayward 35.0 million gallons per day <br />Union 42.9 million gallons per day <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
