EXHIBIT A

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Phase One for Surlene Grant
ELB will add a second projector (Panasonic PT-RZ79WU) and screen (Da-Lite 137" diagonal) to the back
of the room. The existing NVX devices on site will be used for signal. The existing PTZ camera at the back
of the room will need to be shifted over a bit to as not be blocked by the new screen.
ELB will add quantity two new wall mounted Boxlight DS series 75" flat panel displays on tilt mounts, one
on each side of the existing projection screen. The bottom of the displays will be 84" AFF. Client to add
power and data to each of the two locations the displays will be mounted. The existing NVX devices on
site will be used for signal. The existing PTZ camera at the front of the room will need to shift over to
above the door to allow for the panels to fit beside the screen. This is expected to be a shorter cable path (no
re-pulling, just re- mounting). A CleverTouch 86" UX Pro will be mounted on the side wall located on the
right when facing the front of the room, and will include an i7 OPS module. This will be a stand alone
system and will not be connected to the NVX system. There is existing power and data on this wall but may
need to be moved closer to where the panel will be installed. If not, we can look into a change order to add
wiremold to cover the cable. If audio in existing system is tied into the NVX system then it will be tied into
the new displays as well (excluding the 86" standalone unit).
The existing Crestron control system will be updated to control the new projector and two new 65"
displays. We will update the GUI on both touch panels (detailed programming scope provided below).
This scope is based on the client providing us with a usable code. Client to coordinate power and data at
each display location as well as screen / projector locations. The new projection screen location requires
ceiling grid removal to be coordinated with the client's facilities team. The quote also includes a lift rental
for our team to utilize while onsite. All work to be performed to prevailing wage requirements.
For phase two of installation (not included within this quote / scope), we can take a look into updating
the NVX system for quad view of both the existing projection screen at the front of the room as well as
the new projection screen we will be adding at the back of the room during phase one installation (both
screens will mirror the same image). We can also take a look into adding a bigger rack, NVX director, and
a bigger touch panel to help with crowding of screen layout.
Programming Scope
ELB to update the two touch panels GUI to include: - addition of power on/off for the two new 65" displays - power on/off for the new projector - up / down for the new projection screen - signal routing of the current Crestron NVX system will be updated to include the new displays and projector
Assumptions
1. It is assumed that the ceiling is drop-tile.
2. All floor boxes, back boxes, terminal cans, pull boxes, and junction boxes to be provided and
installed by the Customer.
3. It is assumed that tables and appropriate AV cable pathways (ie. user cables, control panel cables)
will be provided by Customer and onsite prior to ELB’s arrival onsite for installation.
4. Appropriate Credenza or other furniture containment for the AV equipment rack is to be provided
by the Customer
5. Power and data to be provided prior to ELB’s onsite installation.
6. All Owner Furnished (OFE) equipment will be provided to ELB prior to ELB’s onsite installation. In
the case where OFE equipment is required to enable ELB to Pre-build and test the system in ELB’s
shop, Customer will, upon request, ship equipment to ELB.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 3BAFDD16-B2DE-47B9-913E-528F2D5702DA
