Free non-emergency confidential housing, health, and human service information over the <br />telephone through the 3-digit 211 phone number. <br />2. Calls will be answered by a live attendant 24 hours/day and 7/days a week in multiple <br />languages with accessibility to the disabled community at no cost to the caller. <br />3. For FY 23/24 it is expected that 2-1-1 will handle a minimum of 2,900 total contacts from at <br />least 850 unduplicated San Leandro households. <br />4.
