<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 11/21/2022 <br />Terraphase Engineering, Inc for Soil Risk Analysis Exhibit A – Page 3 of 3 <br />sludge at several locations, estimate the quantity present, and determine the ratio of total volume sludge <br />to total volume stockpiled soil. <br />Consultant will also evaluate data with respect to geotechnical considerations related to the placement, <br />moving, and mixing of various materials. Consultant will perform a geotechnical evaluation with respect to <br />the capacity of the sludge and stockpiled soil to support future fill when soil is placed over sludge and <br />when mixed together.
