Labels can be generated using plain paper, Avery labels, or Zebra <br />labels. Library will be responsible for costs associated with label generation. <br /> <br />3. The cost of cable ties used to secure courier pouches and transport bins--$20.00 per bag of 1,000 cable ties. <br /> <br />4. Holiday Charges for services rendered on the federal holidays listed in Exhibit A, Section II. Holiday Service. <br /> <br />5. For any parking, loading, or vendor permits required to operate on campus. <br /> <br />6. Customer agrees that due to future uncertainties of fuel supplies and cost fluctuations, Unity may have to <br />institute a fuel surcharge in addition to the costs set forth herein. Such charges will be based on prevailing <br />conditions at the time. <br /> <br /> <br />Fuel Escalation Calculation Grid <br />1. A fuel surcharge will be added to the contracted monthly price for courier services in accordance with the <br />requirements herein and the Table below. <br />2. The California statewide retail gasoline prices for MIDGRADE gasoline announced during the last week of <br />the month will be utilized to determine the applicable fuel surcharge, which will be adjusted up or down on <br />the following month’s invoice on a quarterly basis in January, April, July, and October.
