Any notice, demand, request, consent or approval that either party is required to <br />give the other pursuant to this Agreement, shall be in writing and may be given by either (i) <br />personal service, (ii) delivery by reputable overnight delivery service (e.g. Federal Express) <br />which provides a receipt showing date and time of delivery, (iii) certified United States mail, <br />postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or (iv) by email transmission . Notice shall be <br />effective upon personal delivery or delivery to the addresses specified below, as reflected <br />on the receipt of delivery or return receipt, as applicable. Where applicable in the determination of the contract <br />administrator, the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and <br />each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed <br />professional responsible for the report/design preparation.
