Where applicable in the determination of the contract administrator, <br />the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and each page of <br />construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed professional <br />responsible for the report/design preparation. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br />shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract is for one <br />million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Consultant’s signature below Consultant <br />certifies that Consultant, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of <br />Consultant are not identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 69991251-5437-4677-9DF2-0971A1407917
