<br />uncodified ordinance or by any administra�ve rules, regula�ons, custom or prac�ce of the City
<br />of San Leandro, and only for the term of any agreement between the City and the Alameda
<br />County Fire Department, the Alameda County Fire Chief or designee shall have or exercise such
<br />func�on, power, obliga�on, or be subject to such liability. The Alameda County Fire Chief shall
