IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO OPEB AND PENSION TRUST INVESTMENT <br />REPORT, PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) and Pension Trust <br />Investment Report (HighMark Capital Management) for the quarter ending September 30, 2023, a copy of <br />which is attached to this resolution and is made a part hereof, is presented to this City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City of San Leandro OPEB and Pension Trust Investment Report, period ending September 30, <br />2023, is hereby accepted. <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 18th day of December 2023, by the following vote: <br />AYES: () <br />NOES: () <br />ABSENT: () <br />ATTEST: <br />Kelly B.
