IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ADOPT THE OTHER POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS (OPEB) <br /> AND PENSION FUNDING POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro’s O ther Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) and Pension Funding <br />Policy provides specific guidelines for the City’s OPEB and Pension Trusts and shall be reviewed annually by the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the OPEB and Pension Funding Policy, a copy of which is atached, is presented to the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said OPEB and Pension Funding Policy for 2023-2024 is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 18th day of December 2023, by the following vote: <br />AY ES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />AT TEST: _____________________________ <br />Kelly B.
