IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON RECEIPT <br />AND USE OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES FOR YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, legal requirements for enacting development impact fees are set forth in the California <br />Government Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Government Code requires an annual accounting of all development impact fees at the <br />close of the fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached report presents revenues, expenditures, and fund balances for City <br />development impact fee funds. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: <br />The City Council reviewed and considered data contained in the Annual Report and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and <br />Pursuant to §66006 of the Government Code, the City Council does hereby accept the accounting <br />records covering the collection of all development fees for street improvement (DFSI) and park development <br />fees, refunds, interest earnings, other income, and expenditures for 2022-2023. <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 18th day of December 2023, by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: ______________________________ <br />Kelly B.
