San Leandro Public Library <br />California Library Literacy Services <br /> 2023-2024 CLLS23-75 <br /> Page 2 of 27 <br /> <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />AWARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE LIBRARY and San Leandro Public Library <br />for the California Library Literacy Services project. <br />AWARD AGREEMENT NUMBER CLLS23-75 <br />This Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2023, by <br />and between the California State Library (“State Library”) and San Leandro <br />Public Library, (“Grantee”). <br />This Award Agreement pertains to Grantee’s State-funded California <br />Library Literacy Services project. <br />The Library Development Services Bureau (“LDS”) of the State Library <br />administers state and federal funds in the form of awards. <br />The Grantee was selected by the State Library to receive state grant funds <br />in the amount of $86,818 through the process adopted by the State Library in <br />administering such grants. <br />The State Library and the Grantee, for the consideration and under the <br />conditions hereinafter set forth in the Grant Agreement, agree as follows: <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 0E75A1D7-B962-4138-AEF4-8534A3EC6EA2
