Cal. Ed. Code § 18883 <br />Section 18883 - Use of fund received by local library <br />Ca. Educ. Code § 18883 <br />Added by Stats 2003 ch 573 (AB 1266),s 5, eff. 1/1/2004. <br />A local library shall ensure that funds received pursuant to this chapter are exclusively used <br />for expenses resulting from providing English language and literacy services and shall ensure <br />that at least 90 percent of the funds received for the program are expended on direct services <br />and related materials. <br />1
