Initial Study <br /> <br />Draft Initial Study – Mitigated Negative Declaration 1 <br />Initial Study <br />The City of San Leandro, as the Lead Agency, prepared this Initial Study for the 14143-14273 <br />Washington Avenue Warehouse Project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA), the CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations [CCR] Section 15000 et. seq.), and the <br />regulations and policies of the City of San Leandro, California.
