IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2023-_____ <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. The Mayor shall receive a salary in the amount of Three Thousand <br />Eight Hundred dollars ($3,800.00) a month. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2022-018 shall remain in full <br />force and effect until the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance are operative. Upon such <br />date or in such event, the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2022-018 are hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be operative until January 1, <br />2025. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption.
