(property owner) <br />PLN21-0031 <br />COUNCIL PRIORITY <br />·Community & Business Development <br />SUMMARY <br />The attached Ordinance was introduced on November 20, 2023, by a 6-0-1 vote and is <br />presented for a second reading to rezone a 3.45-acre property at 14143-14273 Washington <br />Avenue from Commercial Community with an Assembly Use Overlay (CC(AU)) to Industrial <br />General (IG), to facilitate the construction of a 52,269 square foot speculative warehouse <br />development.
