Before disturbing the ground, Bandwidth shall contact culturally <br />25 affiliated tribes and retain a culturally affiliated tribal monitor if requested. <br />26 Bandwidth shall also retain a qualified archaeologist, jointly with any requested <br />27 culturally affiliated tribal monitor, to train construction staff to be able to identify <br />28 potential cultural and tribal cultural resources.
