Page 9 of 35 <br />existing utilities and the proposed cables/conduits shall be provided. <br />h)A construction schedule timeline chart showing all significant work activities <br />planned during the course of the Project. <br />15.During construction, Lessee shall report project activities to Lessor by daily job logs <br />(via email) before noon the following day. <br />16.Lessee shall require the contractor(s) to maintain a logbook during construction <br />operations conducted in the water to keep track of any debris or objects that fall <br />into the water. The logbook shall include the type of debris, date, time, and <br />location to facilitate identification and location of debris for recovery and site <br />clearance verification. All waste material and debris created by Lessee or its <br />contractors shall be promptly and entirely removed from the Lease Premises and <br />lands subject to Lessor’s jurisdiction. <br />17.Any vehicles, equipment, or machinery to be used on the Lease Premises are <br />limited to those which are directly required to perform the authorized use and <br />shall not include any vehicles, equipment, or machinery that may cause damage <br />to the Lease Premises or lands subject to Lessor’s jurisdiction. <br />18.No vehicle or equipment refueling, maintenance, or repairs will be permitted <br />within the Lease Premises or lands subject to Lessor’s jurisdiction. <br />19.All vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools, or other property taken onto or placed <br />within the Lease Premises or lands subject to Lessor’s jurisdiction shall remain the <br />property of the Lessee and/or its contractors. Such property shall be promptly and <br />properly removed by Lessee, at its sole risk and expense. <br />20.Lessee acknowledges and agrees that Lessor shall not be responsible for damage <br />to any property, including but not limited to, any vehicles, equipment, machinery, <br />or tools within the Lease Premises or lands subject to Lessor’s jurisdiction. <br />21.Within sixty (60) days of completing construction, Lessee shall provide post <br />construction project verification including: <br />a)A set of “as built” drawings for the entire Project, certified (stamped, signed, <br />and dated) by a California registered Civil/Structural Engineer, showing all <br />design changes or other amendments to the construction as originally <br />approved. <br />b)A post-construction bay floor survey map that shows graphic records of the <br />final locations of the marine cables and conduits, crossings, burial depths of <br />the cables, and coordinates of all anchor points that were deployed. <br />c)A post-construction ROV or diver video survey along the length of the <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 8D8CF2E2-DF6D-4A11-B610-2B1544DD7C30
