Action Items up on the <br />agenda following item 3.c., the consensus of the Council was to move the item. <br />RECOGNITIONS3. <br />3.a.23-532 Proclaiming Transgender Awareness Week (November 13-19) & <br />Transgender Day of Remembrance (November 20) <br />Khilynn Fowler accepted the proclamation. <br />This matter was Presented <br />3.b.23-530 Proclaiming San Leandro as an Age Friendly City <br />Victoria Bammer, YAC Chair; Liz Hodgins, YAC Secretary; James Reed, Human <br />Services Commissioner; Moira Fry, Human Services Commissioner; and Janice <br />Woycheshin, Senior Commission Chair accepted the proclamation <br />This matter was Presented <br />3.c.23-531 Proclaiming Small Business Saturday (November 25) <br />Ruben De Anda of Taqueria Guadalajara and Guadalajara Market accepted the <br />proclamation <br />Page 1City of San Leandro
