A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Aguilar and seconded by Councilmember Azevedo to allow <br />Councilmember Simon to participate in the Council meeting via teleconference. The <br />motion passed unanimously 6-0-1 with Councilmember Reynes absent. <br />RECOGNITIONS3. <br />No items scheduled. <br />AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR4. <br />No amendments were made. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR5. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />Comments were made by approximately 4 people. <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by <br />Councilmember Bowen, to Approve the Consent Calendar.
