B - #400, CONCORD, CA 94520, PHONE (925) 687-6666, as a contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to with ANNUAL STREET OVERLAY/REHABILITATION PROJECT 19-21 PHASE 1, PROJECT NO.2020.0050. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF AMERICA, 100 CALIFORNIA ST., STE 300, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111, PHONE (925) 844-2286. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL STREET OVERLAY/REHABILITATION PROJECT 19-21 PHASE 1, PROJECT NO. 2020.0050, project is that of public improvements made to public. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the Acting City Engineer of the City of San Leandro on the 30th day of November 2023.
