IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-010 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR STAFFING AUGMENTATION SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025, FOR A NEW TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $670,000 WHEREAS, the agreement with Robert Half International, Inc. for temporary staffing augmentation services was approved and authorized by the City Manager on March 10, 2022 for a total not to exceed amount of $49,000.00; and WHEREAS, a first amendment to the agreement was approved by the City Council on June 21, 2022 to continue staffing augmentation services; and WHEREAS, a second amendment to the agreement was approved by the City Council on March 20, 2023 to continue staffing augmentation services; and WHEREAS, Robert Half International Inc. has provided the City with excellent temporary administrative support across multiple departments; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue its relationship with Robert Half International, Inc. through an amendment of the current agreement of $300,000; and WHEREAS, City Departments have sufficient funding in its Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Fiscal Year 2024-2025 adopted budgets to cover this contractual obligation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: That said third amendment to the agreement is hereby approved for a new total not to exceed amount of $670,000 and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
