Where applicable in the determination of the contract <br />administrator, the first page of a technical report, first page of design <br />specifications, and each page of construction drawings shall be <br />stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed professional responsible for the <br />report/design preparation. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, <br />each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one <br />agreement. <br /> <br />10.14 Certification per Iran Contracting Act of 2010. In the event that this contract <br />is for <br />one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by Consultant’s signature below <br />Consultant certifies that Consultant, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, <br />successors or subunits of Consultant are not identified on a list created <br />pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of the California Public Contract <br />Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as described in <br />subdivision (a) of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) of <br />Section 2202.5 of the California Public Contract Code, as applicable. <br /> <br />SIGNATURES ON FOLLOWING PAGE <br />
