<br />● The Owner needs to register the project and designate BKF as the Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), <br />which will allow us to contribute information and update and monitor the SWPPP as necessary. This <br />scope of work does not include QSP monitoring, testing and i nspection services. <br />● The development of cofferdams and dewatering strategies for in water construction is excluded. <br />● Remediation work by Consultant for the Blue Dolphin contamination will require direction from the <br />Waterboard. Final adjustments to the scope and fees associated with this optional work shall be <br />developed upon a complete understanding of the Waterboards requirement for the clean up eff orts <br />required due to the Blue Dolphin Fire. <br />● Dredging operations assume Upland placement onsite and <20,000 cubic yards of sediment requiring <br />removal. <br />● If one or more sediment compounds are above SF Bay trigger levels, more testing may be required <br />(i.e. Z-layer, individual sediment cores, etc.) and can not be determined until sediment analytical <br />chemistry results are completed. If triggered, a request for additional work will be requested.
