Non-Professional Services Agreement between February 13, 2024
City of San Leandro and Econolite—Exhibit A Page 1 of 1
EXHIBIT A

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Contractor shall perform the following scope of work:

Verify existing 100Mb active fiber links on current core switch and note the intersection at the opposite end,
per the existing fiber distribution panel labeling in the toc. Run an IP scan on the network and note which IP
addresses are active on the network on existing core switch.
Install new Etherwan core switches in the IT data center. Configure the core switches per San Leandro’s
existing IP and VLAN scheme. Run the new fc to lc fiber jumpers from the fiber distribution panel in the data
center to the rack where the new Etherwan switches are installed.
Verify the same pre-existing 100Mb fiber links which were active on the old core switch are active on the
new core switches. Run an IP scan and verify the same IP addresses that were active on the original scan
are still active with the new core switches installed.
After links and active IP addresses are verified, program new Etherwan switches from San Leandro’s
existing stock and replace the legacy linked up field switches with the new switches and verify the links are
active.
Once verified, replace SFP modules at the new core switches and at the new field switches to upgrade the
links from 100Mb to 1Gb.
After the upgrade, run an IP scan to make sure all of the original active IP addresses are reachable over the
new 1Gb fiber links.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 2BB9C5AB-B4F3-4145-A74A-6EE340375A13
