February 5, 2024City Council Minutes <br />PRESENTATIONS12. <br />12.a.24-017 District 1 Vacancy - Process Overview <br />City Clerk Clancy presented the item, there were approximately 4 public speakers. <br />There was a motion by Mayor Gonzalez and a Second by Councilmember <br />Ballew to Appoint Councilmembers Aguilar and Bowen and the Mayor to an Ad <br />Hoc Committee to Appoint a resident to the District 1 Seat.
