February 20, 2024City Council Minutes <br />an Amount Not to Exceed $1,800,000 for Preparation of the Bay Fair <br />TOD Development Plan, Specific Plan Update, and Related <br />Environmental Documents; and to Appropriate Funding for Said <br />Agreement (MTC Priority Development Area Grant Funded) <br />Assistant Community Development Director Schultz presented the item. <br />There was approximately 4 public comments. <br />A motion was made that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED <br />by the following vote: <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Simon, González III5 - <br />Absent:Bowen1 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2024-013 <br />13.b.24-041 Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Application to and Participation in the <br />California Department of Housing and Community Development’s <br />Prohousing Designation Program <br />Assistant Community Development Director Schultz presented the item. <br />There was approximately 2 public comments. <br />This matter was Approved <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Simon, González III5 - <br />Absent:Bowen1 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2024-014 <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS14. <br />Mayor Gonzalez requested to be added to Priority Work Session <br />1: The number of tobacco sales licenses that have been issued in the City and the <br />tobacco advertising policy 2: Discussion and list of liquor store hours of operation and <br />how many liquor store licenses in the City <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS15. <br />City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, <br />conferences, and seminars since the last meeting. <br />ADJOURN16. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:38 p.m., in memory of Oscar Borin who recently <br />passed away at 103. <br />RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED: <br />___________________________________ <br />Kelly B.
