<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between April 1, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and Impec Group—Exhibit A Page 1 of 19 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />All work shall be performed in accordance with Exhibit D. <br /> <br />Contractor shall complete transition plan and reporting requirements listed in Exhibit D, General (100), Part B <br />throughout the length of the contract. <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide a Day Porter per Exhibit D, Janitorial (1000), Part I. <br /> <br />Contractor shall perform services listed in Exhibit D, Janitorial (1000), Part K as requested by City. <br /> <br />Contractor shall perform Base Janitorial Services described in Exhibit D, Janitorial (1000), Parts A through H, <br />summarized by location below. Work is not limited to this summary; all work listed in Exhibit D, Janitorial (1000), <br />Parts A through H shall be performed. Work to be performed by contractor includes interior window cleaning done at <br />all City facilities on an annual basis. <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide in-person staffing at the following locations and hours. <br />*Note: Cleaning schedule for Farrelly Pool and the History Museum change throughout the year – please reference <br />summary of services below the table for details. <br /> <br /> <br />Base Janitorial – Summary of Services to be Provided <br /> <br />A. City Hall – 835 E.14th Street <br />A. Estimated Cleanable sq. ft. 50,150 <br />B.
