<br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and March 1, 2024 <br />Prado 9-1-1 Investigative Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Services <br /> <br />P911 will conduct a thorough Background Investigation process on all candidates. <br /> <br />Each process will include to the following items: <br /> <br />1. Completed Background Investigation Report. The investigation narrative delves into areas <br />such as the candidate’s Driving History, Criminal Record Check, Credit History, Education <br />Verification, Military History, Relationships, Employment History, Family Members/ Personal <br />References and Residence History. The completed investigative report is accompanied by the <br />relevant supporting documentation. <br /> <br />2. All P.O.S.T. Background Investigations for Police Officers and non-sworn Public Safety applicants <br />are based on ten investigative dimensions. Each dimension is assessed as part of the <br />investigation. The investigative dimensions include: Integrity, Impulse Control/Attention to Safety, <br />Substance Abuse and Other Risk-Taking Behavior, Stress Tolerance, Confronting and Overcoming <br />Problems, Obstacles, and other Adversity, Conscientiousness, Interpersonal Skills, Decision <br />Making and Judgment, Learning Ability and Communication Skills. <br /> <br />3. Personal contact and in person interviews of all parties deemed to be significant. These parties <br />include but are not limited to family, close personal friends, co-workers, employers, past and <br />present. <br /> <br />4.
