Therefore for these reasons, the Proposed Action is not likely to adversely affect Critical Habitat for the Central California Coast steelhead DPS. 4.3 ESSENTIAL FISH HABITAT The proposed project is not likely to adversely affect EFH for the Coastal Pelagic Species, Pacific Coast Groundfish and Pacific Salmon FMPs. The project site is located within an area designated as an EFH by NMFS for the Pacific Coast Salmon Fishery Management Plan and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fisheries Management Plan. Work at the tidal slough could affect species covered under the Pacific Coast Salmon Fishery Management Plan and the Pacific Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
