To the north is the Metropolitan Golf <br />Links Golf Course and the Oakland Airport. Industrial and <br />commercial land uses are to the east and south, including a <br />waste transfer facility and shooting range. To the southeast is <br />the Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline, which is a capped landfill <br />operated as a public park by the East Bay Regional Parks <br />District. The specific Project location is immediately west of <br />the main facilities of the WPCP, which is zoned as Public and <br />Semipublic (PS), according to the City's Planning Division, <br />'City of San Leandro.
