Horton Bay, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (herein referred to as "Subdivider"). relating <br />to the making of subdivision improvements on that real property described as APN 77C-1240-5, and <br />commonly referred to as Tract No. 8592, San Leandro, California, (hereinafter referred to as "the <br />Subdivision"). <br />In consideration for approval of the Subdivision by City, Subdivider has agreed to improve <br />certain streets and public easements in the subject subdivision to standards prescribed by City and to <br />make certain other improvements and to pay to City such sums as are specified in detail in the above - <br />mentioned Subdivision Improvement Agreement, a copy of which is on file for public inspection in the <br />office of the City Clerk, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California.
