IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />AMENDING FEES AND CHARGES FOR WASTE WATER DISCHARGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific City <br />services provided to individuals in the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services because these give unique benefit to <br />individual members of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of <br />costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing, or eliminating use of general tax revenues; and <br />WHEREAS, proposed adjustments to the Master Fee schedule have been presented to the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended as <br />provided in the attachment hereto which is made a part hereof, and the amendment shall be effective <br />July 1, 2024. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 20th day of May 2024 by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and Mayor González (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: _________________________________ <br /> Kelly B.
