PetLicensingServicesAgreement <br />This Pet Licensing Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into this _____ day of _____, <br />2024(the“EffectiveDate”)byandbetweenDocuPetCorp.,aDelawarecorporationwithofficesat <br />15 Technology Place Suite 1, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (“DocuPet”), and The City of SanLeandro, <br />CA, a municipal corporation whose primary placeofbusinessis835East14thStreetSanLeandro, <br />CA94577(the“Organization”). <br />Background <br />DocuPethasdevelopedandoperatesaprogramforprovidingpetlicensingservices. <br />The Organization wishes to engage DocuPet to perform certain pet licensing services for the <br />Organizationanditsresidents. <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION (the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged by both parties), the Organization hereby engages DocuPet to perform, and <br />DocuPet agrees to perform, those certain services described in Schedule A to this Agreement <br />subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Schedule B to this <br />Agreement. <br />Schedules A, B, and CareattachedandincorporatedintothisAgreementbyreferenceandforma <br />part of this Agreement.
