Alam Phone No.: 510-862-3333 Mailing Address: 390 East Gobbi St., Ukiah, CA 95482 The property contains nine (9) bioretention area(s), located as described below and as shown in the attached site plane. ■ Bioretention Area 1 is located on the south side of the property, just east of the new building and site parking area, south of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 2A is located on the east side of the property, just north of the east driveway entrance of the property, east of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 2B is located on the east side of the property, just north of Bioretention Area No. 2 (2A), east of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 2C is located on the north side of the property, just east of the monument sign, north of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 3 is located on the north side of the property, just west of the monument sign, north of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 4A is located on the west side of the property, just southwest of the northwest driveway entrance to the property, west of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 4B is located on the west side of the property, just northeast of the southwest driveway entrance to the property, west of the new canopy. ■ Bioretention Area 4C is located on the west side of the property, just north of the trash enclosure, southwest of the southwest driveway entrance to the property. ■ Bioretention Area 4D is located on the southwest side of the property, just south of the trash enclosure, west of the existing fuel tanks. 1. Routine Maintenance Activities The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which reduces pollutant removal efficiency and may lead to bioretention area failure. Routine maintenance activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted, are shown in Table 1. Bioretention areas include linear treatment measures designed for water to filter through biotreatment soils. A bioretention area that is unlined and has a raised underdrain in the underlying rock layer to promote infiltration, as shown in Section 6.1, may also be called a "bioinfiltration area". 2 Attached site plan must match the site plan exhibit to Maintenance Agreement.
