Alam Phone No.: 510-862-3333 <br />Mailing Address: 390 East Gobbi St., Ukiah, CA 95482 <br />The property contains nine (9) bioretention area(s), located as described below and as <br />shown in the attached site plane. <br />■ Bioretention Area 1 is located on the south side of the property, just east of the new building <br />and site parking area, south of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 2A is located on the east side of the property, just north of the east driveway <br />entrance of the property, east of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 2B is located on the east side of the property, just north of Bioretention Area <br />No. 2 (2A), east of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 2C is located on the north side of the property, just east of the monument <br />sign, north of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 3 is located on the north side of the property, just west of the monument <br />sign, north of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 4A is located on the west side of the property, just southwest of the <br />northwest driveway entrance to the property, west of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 4B is located on the west side of the property, just northeast of the southwest <br />driveway entrance to the property, west of the new canopy. <br />■ Bioretention Area 4C is located on the west side of the property, just north of the trash <br />enclosure, southwest of the southwest driveway entrance to the property. <br />■ Bioretention Area 4D is located on the southwest side of the property, just south of the trash <br />enclosure, west of the existing fuel tanks. <br />1. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which <br />reduces pollutant removal efficiency and may lead to bioretention area failure. Routine <br />maintenance activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted, are shown in <br />Table 1. <br />Bioretention areas include linear treatment measures designed for water to filter through biotreatment soils. <br />A bioretention area that is unlined and has a raised underdrain in the underlying rock layer to promote <br />infiltration, as shown in Section 6.1, may also be called a "bioinfiltration area". <br />2 Attached site plan must match the site plan exhibit to Maintenance Agreement. <br />
